Vehicle Paint Prepper - Cheltenham
Vehicle Solutions, Cheltenham's trusted vehicle repair and paint specialist, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Prepper to join our busy, high‑quality bodyshop. If you've got a great eye for detail and take pride in precision prep work, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Do
Prepare vehicles and panels for paint - sanding, masking and priming work.
Ensure all prep work meets the highest quality standards before painting.
Maintain a clean, efficient workspace and support smooth job flow through the bodyshop.
Work closely with painters and body technicians to meet deadlines.
What's In It for You
£30,000 – £40,000 per year, based on experience.
Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm with optional Saturday overtime.

You'll need:
Proven experience as a vehicle or bodyshop prepper.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Reliability, teamwork, and good communication skills.
A full UK driving licence (preferred).
