We're looking for an exceptionally sharp, creative and user-centric Product Designer to join CopeCart as we scale globally. You will shape the visual and interaction experience of products used by thousands of creators, entrepreneurs and businesses — turning the way people sell online into something powerful and frictionless.
This is a role for someone who wants full ownership, who thrives on fast product cycles, and who wants to see their design decisions ship weekly — not in three-month roadmaps.
What You'll Be SolvingAt CopeCart, we obsess over what drives measurable success for our merchants and buyers. You will deeply research their needs, pain points and behaviors — through interviews, data, rapid experiments — and convert insights into meaningful product improvements.
You'll define what excellence looks like in the user experience:
- Sharp interaction design for complex business flows
- A design system that scales with international growth
- Conversion-driving onboarding and checkout experiences
- Insight-driven optimizations across our product ecosystem
Collaboration is everything at CopeCart. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Support to turn ideas into reality fast.

What You'll OwnYou'll own the merchant-facing experience of CopeCart:
From solopreneurs to enterprise clients — you'll make sure they have everything needed to build, launch, and scale digital products without friction.
You'll design the features that:
- Turn creators into businesses
- Turn businesses into recurring revenue machines
- Turn tools into competitive advantage
You'll report directly to our Product leadership and collaborate closely with our founders to push fast, simplify and prioritize relentlessly.
