Lunchtime Supervisor (Temp Ongoing)

Typical Hours: 1 hour per day, Monday to Friday / 5 hours per week

Requirement: Must have a DBS on the updated service or willing to pay for one.

We are currently seeking reliable Midday Supervisors to work in partnered schools across the Mansfield area on a temporary ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during lunchtime in the dining hall, playground, and other designated areas.
  • Ensure students follow school rules and maintain good behavior.
  • Monitor students' safety and well-being, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively
  • Provide basic first aid when necessary and report any incidents to the appropriate staff member.
  • Ensure the playground and dining areas are safe and free from hazards.
  • Organize and supervise games and activities to keep students engaged and active during the break

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
  • Basic first aid knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
