We are seeking a Talent Management & Leadership Development Manager to lead the design, delivery, and execution of strategies that grow our leadership pipeline and build organizational capability. This critical role partners with HR and business leaders across the globe – with a special focus on our Eurasia region – to drive initiatives in succession planning, leadership development, and performance enablement that align with Solenis' strategic direction.

What You'll Do
- Lead Succession Planning & Talent Strategy (40%)
- Drive strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of succession planning and talent review processes to ensure talent decisions directly drive business performance
- Partner with HR and business leaders to grow a pipeline of ready-now and ready-next leaders that increase business performance by placing the right talent in the right roles
- Act as a regional partner for Eurasia (with a focus on Europe), ensuring local adaptation of global processes
- Maintain and enhance systems, ensure follow-through on action items, and establish KPIs to measure effectiveness and impact on performance
- Create enablement tools and reports to support HRBPs and senior leaders
- Define & Implement Leadership Development (40%)
- Build and scale development strategies aligned to Solenis' business and talent priorities
- Design and facilitate learning journeys and targeted sessions that address global and local needs
- Collaborate closely with HR and leaders to assess development gaps and build future capabilities
- Serve as regional partner for Eurasia, ensuring adoption and relevance across local markets
- Oversee Leadership & Team Assessments (10%)
- Manage tools such as 360 feedback, DISC, MBTI, and executive coaching assessments
- Partner with vendors, prepare executive summaries, and conduct debrief sessions
- Guide leaders through development planning based on insights
- Stay Ahead of Trends & Best Practices (10%)
- Monitor global and regional trends in leadership and talent development
- Identify and integrate best practices into Solenis' programs to drive innovation and relevance
- Serve as a thought partner across regions, particularly within the Eurasia markets
