Customer Liaison Administrator

We are looking for an organised, proactive Customer Liaison Administrator to join our busy team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service, strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple internal accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, building strong and lasting relationships
- Manage internal customer accounts, ensuring accurate order processing and communication
- Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Handle customer queries promptly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and operations teams
About You:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role (manufacturing or coatings industry experience desirable)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A proactive team player with a "can-do" attitude
