Overall Purpose

To Assist Senior team members of both the structuring and trading desks in their daily duties:

  • Regular indicative pricing to the sales force
  • Idea generation, Market analsis, Data analysis
  • Marketing docs generation
  • Deals follow-up

Main Responsibilities

Business development and execuation

  • Help develop a marketing material database
  • Help develop our pricing/modelling capabilities
  • Help preparing Marketing pitches
  • Assist on pricing Commodities strategies
  • Contribute to "solutions" and structured marketing strategies
  • Leverage Commodities Research
  • Participate in scarce ressources metrics management (like XVA, RWAs)
  • Client onboarding/Credit analysis

Reporting and Communication

  • Ensure that information on: client needs, potential business opportunities and important changes affecting the team or clients flows freely to management, to colleagues
  • Provide Market Insigt & Analysis on Commodity Markets' perimeter
  • Report to business line on the progress of solutions business and specific issues

Legal & Regulatory Responsabilities

  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements as issued from time to time, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance Manual, Compliance policies and proceduresm Security policies & procedures; financial Security requirements, including but not limited to the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge. Complete all mandatory training as required to maintain competence.
