We will give you all the training and support you need, such as obtaining a qualification in health and social care. Homecare Assistant Responsibilities
- The ability to understand the individual needs of the clients
- Good communication skills
- To be responsive to the changing needs of the individuals
- Personal care duties
- Support to assist with medication duties
- Light housework
- Food preparations
- Social outings and appointments
- No previous experience is required, however you must have a compassionate nature and understanding of the client group. You must also want to have a desire to make a difference in other peoples lives.
