Since acquiring ClearCorrect in 2017, Straumann has become a major player in the clear aligner market, combining cutting-edge orthodontic expertise with our global reach. This business is one of the fastest-growing within our Group and a strategic pillar of our esthetic dentistry vision.
Our culture is built on a "player-learner" mindset—driving results, ownership, and collaboration, while embracing curiosity, innovation, and agility.
Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded Orthodontics Clinical Advisor to accelerate the growth of our ClearCorrect business in the UK. This role blends clinical expertise with commercial impact, ensuring our providers are not only confident in treatment delivery but also supported to expand their practice, improve patient outcomes, and increase case volumes.
You will work hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, and training teams to activate ClearCorrect users, drive utilization, and build long-term partnerships with providers and KOLs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Customer Success & Business Growth
- Partner with ClearCorrect providers to maximize their confidence, treatment outcomes, and business performance.
- Deliver impactful clinical training (online, in-clinic, and at events) that increases adoption and case submission rates.
- Support commercial teams in onboarding new providers, activating dormant accounts, and driving utilization growth.
- Translate clinical protocols into commercially relevant guidance, helping providers integrate ClearCorrect effectively into their practice workflows.
- Support rollout of Treatment Planning Solutions (TPS) to streamline case planning and enhance provider efficiency.
Strengthen Market Presence
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to position ClearCorrect as the partner of choice in orthodontics.
- Identify and develop KOLs and speakers to amplify ClearCorrect's reputation in the market.
- Represent Straumann at education events, delivering high-quality presentations and clinical-commercial insights.
- Provide structured feedback from providers to regional and BU teams, influencing product development and go-to-market strategies.
Enable Sales Excellence
- Train ortho sales and service teams on clinical protocols and commercial messaging, enabling them to better support providers in case selection, planning, and troubleshooting.
- Join key customer visits with sales teams to deliver clinical credibility and strengthen business partnerships.
- Participate in regional R&D and UAT projects, ensuring customer and market needs are reflected in future innovations.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Dentistry graduate; orthodontic knowledge strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years' experience, including 2+ in clinical practice.
- Clear aligner therapy experience (essential).
- Experience training dentists/orthodontists and influencing adoption.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to link clinical support with business growth.
- Fluent in English plus one additional language (Spanish, Italian, or French preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
Attributes & Cultural Fit
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills.
- Customer-centric, commercially focused, and results-driven.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and act on them.
- Team player with agility to work across clinical, commercial, and marketing functions.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and resilient.
Why Join Straumann?
This is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with commercial influence in a high-growth business. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping Straumann's orthodontic success in the UK, while developing relationships with top providers and KOLs, and contributing to innovation at a global level.
At Straumann, you'll join a diverse, inclusive culture where collaboration and performance create smiles—both for patients and for our teams.
