What you'll do

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
  • Lead menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Execute fine dining experiences with attention to detail in presentation and flavor.
  • Coordinate catering services for special events, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Basic qualifications
