We are seeking reliable and experienced Retail shop Managers to work in our busy Bakery shops based in and around St Helens area.
This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shop operations, driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service and ensuring staff carry out their shop duties. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to motivate and develop your team.
Must be 18+ and hold a UK driving License and have access to their own vehicle
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day shop operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop environment
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner

- Excellent communication skills
