We're on the lookout for a caring and compassionate Live-out Care Assistant (PM) to join our team in Oxford You'll be supporting one client with their daily routine and making a real difference to their life. This role offers a unique approach to caregiving, combining the benefits of live-in care with the flexibility of returning home at the end of your shift.

What you'll be doing as a Live-out Care Assistant:

You'll be supporting one client in their home for a afternoon shift , providing dedicated one to one care. Throughout your shift you might:

● Support with daily activities including: personal care, condition management and

household tasks

● Support clients in pursuing their interests and hobbies

● Create impactful relationships

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a meaningful and lasting relationship with one client, based in one location. It's a great chance to deliver high-quality care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
