In your role as a Care Assistant, you will be entrusted with the vital task of offering compassionate and superior quality care to our clients, assisting them in leading dignified and independent lives within the comfort and safety of their own homes. Key Responsibilities

Household Assistance: Undertake light household duties including cleaning and laundry, creating a tidy and pleasant environment for clients to enjoy.
Meal Preparation: Assist in the preparation of nutritious meals, taking into account individual preferences and dietary requirements.
Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility and physical exercises, promoting a healthy lifestyle and encouraging physical well-being.
Medication Management: Support clients in adhering to medication regimes, handling prescriptions responsibly and ensuring their health is monitored.
Documentation: Diligently report and document daily care activities, and be alert to any changes in the client's condition, communicating effectively with the team to ensure the best possible care.
