Job Description:
We're seeking a Senior Design Engineer to bridge design vision and product quality for a cutting-edge data platform. You'll own the delivery of a sophisticated design system, building production-grade React components with TypeScript, and elevating the craft bar across our web application. This high-impact role requires a blend of deep engineering skill and keen design sensibility.

What you will do:

Balance high design craft with pragmatic delivery, shipping impactful improvements to the web application.
The ideal candidate:
Demonstrable expertise with TypeScript and React, having built or significantly refactored design systems.
Possesses a keen eye for UI craft, noticing subtle details and making exceptional design judgments.
Exhibits strong agency, proactively fixing problems and balancing quality with shipping velocity.
