A specialist primary school in Hammersmith is looking for a dedicated, passionate SEN Teacher to join their team in April 2025. The role involves working with children who have complex needs, including PMLD, ASD, and physical disabilities, within a dedicated SEN setting.

Your Role:

Deliver personalised teaching in a multi-sensory environment for students with complex needs
Collaborate with a team of therapists and support staff to ensure the holistic development of each child
Implement EHCPs to track progress and ensure each child is supported to achieve their best
Provide a nurturing, engaging learning environment that promotes independence and self-confidence
Communicate with families to ensure effective home-school partnerships

What We're Looking For:

QTS or equivalent teaching qualification with experience in PMLD or complex needs
Empathy, creativity, and resilience in teaching students with profound learning difficulties
A passion for inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit individual needs
Experience working with EHCPs or a strong desire to gain experience in this area
