We're an award-winning Landscape Design Consultancy, looking for a Principal Landscape Architect who can balance creativity with commercial insight. Someone who can see the big picture, lead with confidence, and deliver projects that blend beauty, function, and sustainability.

What You'll Do

You'll lead projects, and your team, from first sketch to final delivery; overseeing design, delivery, fees, and programming. You'll lead client conversations, review reports and drawings, and make sure every detail meets our standards.

You'll also play a key role in helping the practice grow by developing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and mentoring emerging talent within the team.

What You'll Bring

  • Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI)
  • Confident in managing fees, programmes, and proposals
  • Skilled in checking and producing technical and design reports
  • Experienced in client liaison and steering multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communicator, collaborator and strategic thinker
  • Passionate about sustainability, biodiversity and design excellence
