Senior Product Designer - Skippr AI | On-Site/Full Time | London (No Agencies)

We started with product design generation back in 2023, and now we're developing our next wave of specialized agents. As our Senior Product Designer, you'll help us shape these exciting new products and experience the thrill of zero-to-one development with innovative agents coming soon. You'll be designing intuitive experiences that will revolutionize new domains we're entering.

What You'll Do:

• Design agent experiences (AX):
  Shape intuitive interfaces for human–agent collaboration and interaction models that make working with AI agents feel natural and productive
• Create next-gen AI products:
  Build cutting-edge user experiences for our upcoming agent products.
• Develop design systems:
  Build and iterate on design systems that scale across our expanding suite of AI agents
• Lead user research:
  Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate design decisions for breakthrough agent concepts
• Rapid prototyping:
  Take agent concepts from idea to high-fidelity prototype, moving fast from concept to reality
• Shape product vision:
  Work directly with founders and engineers to define and build groundbreaking agent experiences
• Pioneer new patterns:
  Define entirely new design patterns for AI-native products in uncharted territories

What We're Looking For:

• Strong foundation:
  Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record:
  5+ years of product design experience for SaaS/PLG products, ideally with agent experience or AI-powered applications
• Design expertise:
  Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Strong understanding of user research methods and design thinking
• Experience designing intuitive agent experiences and AI-powered applications
• Portfolio demonstrating product design excellence for SaaS/PLG products
• AI-native mindset:
  Actively use AI tools for automation, research, and design generation
• Startup experience:
  Background in startup/scale-up environments, comfortable designing products from scratch
• Thrives in ambiguity:
  Self-driven and able to work independently across multiple projects
• Collaboration:
  Strong communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams

Experience taking products from 0→1 in early-stage environments
