About the Role:Join a vibrant nursery as Deputy Manager, supporting the Nursery Manager and leading a passionate team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys guiding staff, creating exciting learning experiences, and helping children thrive in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily nursery management and staff supervision
  • Mentor, support, and appraise staff
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities for children
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Help achieve nursery targets and occupancy goals

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years
  • Previous leadership experience in a nursery
  • Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Positive, approachable, and reliable
