Holidays & Travel Lifestyle Executive

to join our growing team. You'll be the go-to expert for planning exceptional travel experiences for our private clients, combining meticulous organisation with insider travel knowledge.

What You'll Do

1. Travel Planning & Coordination

  • Research, plan, and book every element of travel — from flights and accommodation to transfers, restaurants, and activities.
  • Build beautifully detailed itineraries with timings, confirmations, and local insights.
  • Tailor every trip to each client's preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
  • Manage visas, insurance, and documentation with precision.
  • Stay ahead of trends — from the newest Aman opening to the best-reviewed boutique hideaway in the Med.

2. Partner & Supplier Management

  • Cultivate relationships with global travel agencies, hotels, DMCs, and airlines.
  • Negotiate upgrades, perks, and exclusive benefits for BlckBx clients.
  • Collaborate with our CEO to grow the travel side of the business through partnerships
  • Ensure all partners uphold BlckBx's signature standard of excellence.

3. Operational Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with our Operations and Front of House teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Keep systems, records, and invoices impeccably up to date.
  • Spot inefficiencies and champion smarter ways of working.

4. Client Service & Communication

  • Provide white-glove service to clients, anticipating needs before they arise.
  • Communicate clearly and thoughtfully — every email, message, and itinerary reflects the BlckBx standard.
  • Manage last-minute changes or challenges with calm professionalism and discretion.
