Group Executive Chef – Elysium Group

Elysium Group is an Essex based Restaurant operator operating some of Essex's most opulent restaurants including Pavilion Colchester, Mimosa Colchester, Mimosa Southend and Funky Buddha in Chelmsford.

The group has further openings in the pipeline including a 100 bedroom boutique hotel currently under construction.

The successful candidate must have experience in multi-site high end, high volume operations with a sound knowledge across a range of cuisines including British Modern and ideally Pan Pacific/Asian/Japanese cuisine.

We are seeking a hands-on individual with a solid understanding and experience in food cost control and stock management, menu design, recipe implementation, seasonal dishes etc and must be able to manage a team of chefs across multiple sites with varying cuisines and concepts.

The ideal candidate must also be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of numbers and have the ability to manage the BOH P&L and food procurement and general expenditure.

You will also be involved in new site openings, kitchen designs, team recruitment and launch of each of the group's new openings.
