About the Role

Be at the intersection of customers and operations As a Graduate in our Business Development & Logistics team, you'll support initiatives that streamline order fulfilment, enhance customer experience, and improve distribution efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse supply chain and sales performance data to identify trends.
  • Support logistics optimisation and inventory planning projects.
  • Assist in process improvement workshops across sales & delivery teams.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to improve customer service outcomes.

About You

  • Our ideal candidate will be a graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline with at least a 2:1 grading.
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Interest in operations, logistics, or customer success.
