Par 59 are looking for confident, engaging and motivated individuals to support our team in a part-time role over the Christmas period.

Ideal for returning students, or those looking to pick up some extra working hours over the festive season.

Hospitality/bar experience preferred, but not essential. Shifts likely to be across various days/evenings Wednesday-Saturday.

Temporary Contract running until 01/01/2026.

About us

Par 59 is a collaboration between Gareth Bale's Elevens Group and Cardiff's creative events company, The DEPOT.

Only a handful of golfers have ever shot a score of 59. Inspired by this elite performance, Par 59 is Bristol's premier bar experience with a twist. Our city centre venue blends a stylish atmosphere and street-food style dining with a premium drinks list and of course - mini golf - to create the ultimate adults-only destination.

Job purpose

To set the scene and enjoy the environment with our guests. As a member of the team, you will be at the heart of the guest experience. Everything from interacting with players on the golf courses, ensuring they are always up to date with our offers, to making sure they have a refreshing drink of their choice in their hand.

Role responsibility

  • Ensuring we provide our guests with a quality of service that will enhance their experience
  • Interact and engage with our guests throughout their journey - providing advice and support when necessary
  • Looking for upsell opportunities at each stage of the guest journey making suggestions for food and beverage to guests
  • Have a clear understanding of our product, menus and offers
  • Maintain a clean working environment, ensuring each guest experience is meeting Brand Standards
  • Multitasking whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Complying with all food and beverage regulations

Job Type: Part-time
