HR Services Advisor

Our HR Services team are looking for an HR Services Advisor to provide expert support across the full employee life cycle to our business.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible to partner with a dedicated business area and act as Tier 2 support, providing guidance on HR processes, policies, and systems, while ensuring colleagues and leaders are fully supported. You'll play an important role in driving continuous improvement, coaching HR Assistants, and delivering upskilling sessions for leaders.
You will also -
- Manage a caseload of HR service, process, and policy queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations specialists to complement their work with advisory and administrative expertise.
- Act as a Workday super user, supporting leaders in executing HR processes and ensuring data accuracy.
- Leading/supporting projects such as service improvements and new initiatives. Create collaterals and guides that colleagues can use to implement new initiatives.
- Keep up to date with employment legislation and best practices to ensure compliance and proactive risk management.
- Use data insights to update business areas and support in making informed decisions

About You
You will be a proactive and solutions-focused HR Advisor with prior experience in a similar role. You will be confident in providing expert advice across the employee life cycle. with excellent attention to detail and a strong customer-first mindset. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and relationship building are key.
You will also-
- Have a strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and the employee life cycle.
- Have the ability to coach, upskill, and empower leaders.
- Have experience using an HRIS, fluency with using Workday is preferred
- Have strong communication skills, with the ability to partner credibly with managers, HRBPs, and ER teams.
- Be able to confidently use data to influence decisions and mitigate risk.
