Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Waterlooville, Hampshire for an RACHP Training Instructor specialising in F-Gas, Heat Pump & Electrical Training, delivering high-quality training sessions for professionals, maintaining course materials, while staying updated on industry standards and advancements. Our Training Instructors play a key role in supporting learners and engineer, ensuring successful knowledge transfer in refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with learners and support their understanding.
- Proven experience in Training or Teaching to deliver and design engaging course content.
- Ideally in possession of appropriate Assessor Awards
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump technologies are highly desirable.
- Certification or qualifications in relevant fields such as HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or Technical Training are a plus.
- Ability to adapt to varied learning styles and provide clear instructions for a diverse audience.
