My client is a consultancy specialising in defence and homeland security. They provide research and development services from idea generation, prototyping, to full product design and manufacturing hand-over.
As an Electronics Engineer, you will get to tackle diverse, real-world challenges from the ground up. Typically, this will involve going through the whole product life cycle, you will capture requirements, design, develop, document, test, and deliver through to production.
Your problem-solving skills will be enhanced as you tackle complex engineering challenges that test your deep understanding of engineering fundamentals and physical principles. The successful modelling and simulation engineers will also have many opportunities to expand your skillset into different areas, based on what interests you.
Experience required:
- High-speed electronics design
- Electronics hardware design, schematic capture and testing
- Signal processing/algorithm design
- Experience in communications and networking, implementing and/or designing protocols
Desirable
- Embedded software development, debugging and testing
- Experience in C, C#, C++, MATLAB, Python or Simulink
- RF/Microwave electronics design and simulation
- DSP design and modelling
- FPGA firmware development, debugging and testing
Package
- Salary DOE, very high salaries
