We're looking for a confident, creative and experienced bartender to join our team on Friday and Saturdays. This is a hands-on role focused entirely on drink preparation and service.

You'll be the face behind the bar, crafting cocktails and classic drinks that elevate our guests' weekend experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers with precision and flair
  • Maintain a clean, professional bar area throughout service
  • Engage warmly with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Work efficiently during busy periods, keeping service smooth and enjoyable, a true team player

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bartender, tell us all about it
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and presentation or you are a very fast learner
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliability and punctuality for Friday and Saturday night shifts

Hourly rate is flexible and based on experience.

Pay: £12.60-£13.50 per hour
