The Role: What You'll Do

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services

  • Mentor and co-lead a talented team of accountants, supporting their growth and performance

  • Drive business development, identifying opportunities for firm-wide growth and cross-referrals

  • Work closely with Directors and Partners to help shape the firm's future direction

  • Ensure compliance and exceptional client service across all engagements

What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (minimum 3+ years' UK practice experience, PQE)

  • Experience as a Senior Accountant, Manager, Senior Manager, or salaried Associate in practice

  • Proven ability to manage your own workload and support team development

  • Demonstrated ambition for leadership and long-term career progression

  • Strong IT skills (Office 365, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)

  • Expertise with accounts preparation software (preferably IRIS and MyWorkpapers)

  • Track record of managing mixed client portfolios and driving business development

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, including meetings with new prospects
