Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Health Economist (Modeler) to join a dynamic consultancy team in London. In this role, you will focus on designing and managing health economic models, such as cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, while leading projects and supporting team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in healthcare decision-making through robust economic analysis.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and lead the development of health economic models, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
  • Write proposals and define the scope of projects.
  • Plan and manage projects effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and support to consultants and analysts within the team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Health Economics or a related field.
  • Experience in health economics within the private sector, such as consulting, biotech, or pharma.
  • Proven ability to develop Excel-based health economic models as a project lead.
  • Strong track record in creating proposals for health economic modeling projects.
