As part of our central Internal Communications team, you'll lead the development and delivery of strategic communications that connect staff and students to our vision and values. You'll be at the forefront of implementing a new approach to student communications, fostering community across campuses, and supporting student success through timely, relevant messaging.

You'll also drive internal campaigns aligned with our strategic priorities, create compelling multichannel content, and empower leaders with the tools they need to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic internal communications plans for staff and students
  • Develop and evaluate multichannel campaigns supporting university priorities
  • Create engaging storytelling content that demonstrates impact
  • Coordinate student communications across faculties and services
  • Support cross-university communications forums and events
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance team cohesion and cascade messaging
  • Improve digital channels and develop toolkits for effective engagement

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success in internal communications within complex organisations
  • Strategic planning and impact evaluation expertise
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility and multichannel content creation
