Electrical Estimator – Join Our Team in Glenfield, Leicester

We're looking for a driven and detail-focused Estimator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis at our Glenfield office in Leicester.

With almost 100 years of successful delivery behind us, this is an exciting chance to become part of a knowledgeable team where your development is genuinely supported. You'll receive full training in WMEE systems and processes, and enjoy a flexible working approach with occasional site visits.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in preparing competitive, accurate bids on a wide range of Design & Build electrical projects, from £50k to £15M+, primarily for Tier 1 contractors across the UK. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Pricing commercial D&B electrical projects up to £15M
  • Reviewing tender documents and raising RFI's
  • Responding to supply chain enquiries and correspondence
  • Assessing subcontractor and supplier offers to ensure the best options form part of our submission
  • Contributing to project handovers with our operations team
  • Supporting value engineering processes to optimise cost and functionality
  • Working predominantly within the industrial and residential sectors
