Role Overview:

We are seeking two enthusiastic and organised individuals for Sales and Admin positions. These roles offer flexibility, with both full-time hours during the week and the option to work weekends if desired. The ideal candidates will have prior sales experience, be highly proficient with Microsoft Office, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and sales support duties.

  • Assist in client inquiries and the smooth running of the office.

  • Handle client communication via email, phone, and chat

  • Support with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Manage and update client databases.

  • Collaborate with the team to track leads and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role.

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Prior experience in customer communication (com handling) is desirable but not essential.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
