Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in London for a Production / Workshop Manager. The Production / Workshop Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including production scheduling, quality control, and staff supervision. Key responsibilities include managing production timelines, coordinating with various teams, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing training to ensure safety and efficiency in the workshop.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior supervisory role within a joinery, carpentry, or woodworking environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of bespoke joinery processes, materials, tools, and machinery (including CNC machinery)
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills,
with a hands-on management approach. - Ability to provide Training and mentorship to workshop staff to maintain a skilled workforce
- Good knowledge of health and safety standards in a workshop environment is preferred.
