We are looking for a strategic student recruitment marketing expert to lead our faculty marketing team in a full-time, permanent role. You'll work closely with academic and professional services colleagues to develop marketing strategies that support institutional growth and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to bring those plans to life.

The post holder will lead of team of marketing managers and coordinators to deliver impactful activity across the full marketing mix from proposition development to promotion and conversion. They will be a vital link between academic stakeholders and specialist marketing teams ensuring our campaigns are optimised to deliver the strategic outcomes each faculty is looking for.

This postholder will require excellent communication skills and should enjoy leading a diverse team in a large organisation. The ability to solve complex challenges, collaborate well with a range of stakeholders and respond to changing market conditions are critical elements of this role.
