Responsibilities

  • Partner with SRFER, Partnerships, PAs, Marketing, GAPP, and Comms to execute on a programmatic campaign strategy—clarifying goal audiences, messaging frameworks, and creative direction across paid and life-cycle channels.
  • Support Lead SRFER PgM and SAS Team Lead in executing on programmatic activities, from planning to launch to execution, ensuring alignment across cross-functional partners, implementing partners and vendors.
  • Lead integrated campaign development that maps to the product needs and advocacy strategies and drives both awareness and positive KOF sentiment.
  • Ensure audience targeting and creative outputs are consistent with the campaign objective and tailored by subject matter and domain. Own budget and PO tracking, and identify and improve workflows.
  • Bring clarity and structure to campaign execution—setting timelines, roles, and processes that keep work on track and unblocked. Manage sprint processes, including weekly planning, deliverable tracking, and retrospectives.
