About the Role

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic, full-time role, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities designed to fast-track your development:

• Client Engagement: Build professional relationships with clients through in-person meetings and campaign events, ensuring their needs are met and brand standards are upheld.
• Sales and Campaign Delivery: Learn and execute effective sales and marketing techniques to promote products and services on behalf of clients.
• Market Research: Develop an understanding of customer behaviour, target demographics, and emerging market trends to help shape future campaigns.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow trainees and managers to plan, execute, and evaluate promotional activities and outreach campaigns.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team performance, report key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Leadership Development: Take on increasing responsibility as you gain experience—supporting new team members, contributing to training sessions, and learning how to lead by example.
• Client Representation: Attend networking functions, conferences, and client meetings to represent the company professionally and confidently.
• Problem Solving & Initiative: Take ownership of challenges, suggest creative solutions, and proactively contribute to team discussions.
