We're looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and community-driven individuals to join our newly redesigned Homes and Money Hub Specialist team located within our Community Libraries. This is your opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, resident-focused service that's making a real impact across Birmingham.
About The Role
As a Homes and Money Hub Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents experiencing financial difficulties, housing instability, or seeking support with employment, learning opportunities and overall wellbeing.
Working from our friendly and inclusive Community Library Hubs, you will deliver holistic, person-centred support that empowers individuals and families to build resilience and remain independent within their communities.
You'll manage a caseload, working closely with local partners and services to coordinate tailored interventions that address:
- Financial resilience through high quality benefits advice
- Housing stability
- Employment and skills development
- Digital inclusion and access to services
- Health and wellbeing support
