More About your role

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Insurance Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who operates at the level of a Commercial Account Handler within the insurance broker sector and is ready to take ownership of complex insurance matters while delivering outstanding service to our customers.

As the UK's leading Social Enterprise, we understand the importance of a supportive and inclusive work culture so please talk to us at interview about flexibility you may need. For this role we are open to discussing the possibility of reduced hours, flexible start and finish times or compressed hours.

You will be required to attend our Preston office at least one day a week and up to 3 days a week during training.

The essential criteria for this role is listed below

• Operates at level expected of Commercial Account Handler in the insurance broker sector.
• Experience of takin ownership of insurance related issues and manage customer expectations keeping them informed on progress taking appropriate and timely action to identify and correct issues.
• In-depth understanding of Policy wordings and the insurance strategy and programme. Have a sound understanding of the insurance markets
