About the role:
This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for our clients by managing customer inquiries, handling online orders, processing returns, and coordinating bespoke and bridal requests. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a customer service role, with a focus on handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, including order management and customer communication features, is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required to convey information clearly and professionally. Strong organisational abilities are necessary to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines. Keen attention to detail is crucial for ensuring accuracy in order processing, customer information, and documentation. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving is important for addressing customer issues, finding solutions, and improving service processes. Additionally, the ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction is essential.
