Commercial Property Solicitor - Our clients, a commercial practice who specialise in the property and corporate sectors have asked us to find them a further diligent, confident, self-motivated, and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team at their City office.

About the Role
The team advises on high-quality commercial and residential property matters and is well regarded for its technical expertise and client service. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand the department to maintain the exceptional standards their clients expect. You will need solid experience across a range of commercial property transactions, including acting for borrowers in refinancing, granting and acquiring leases for landlords and tenants, and acting for developers in site acquisitions, financing, and subsequent sales.

Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have around 4–5 years' PQE (although flexibility will be considered for those with exceptional experience) and solid experience across a range of commercial property transactions. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, business-minded approach are essential. Experience in bridging finance would be a distinct advantage.
