We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   Transform Facilities at JLL with your leadership experience as a Senior Facilities Manager on a large tech client account.Location: Denver, CO 80237Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PMReports to: Central Region IFM LeadTravel requirements: travel to other client sites in Colorado (Broomfield & Colorado Springs)Additional Perks: company provided laptop, cell phone, annual 20% salary bonus, flexible Time Off (FTO) & travel reimbursementWhat this job involves: This position requires an individual with a passion for customer satisfaction, where no detail is too small; one that will manage and promote a high level of customer service; partners with the client's Corporate Real Estate team; fosters and maintains relationships with the client's Executive Leadership, Property Management and all associated service providers.What your day-to-day will look like: The individual we are seeking will play an instrumental part in building and maintaining a transparent partnership and exceptional customer service experience.  The role will manage and coordinate account related deliverables and responds to client satisfaction concerns.  Supervises facility management staff to ensure maintenance of the facilities assets and grounds are in a manner consistent with the client's global standard, professional brand image and in compliance with applicable local laws, rules and regulations for effective reporting and service. Work collaboratively within the facility management team to deliver integrated facility management services across all business lines (Engineering, Transactions, Projects, Planning, etc.)Manage, supports, and provides guidance to an existing facility support operation team, consisting of (4) Facilities Managers, (1) Assistant Facilities Managers, (2) Facilities Coordinators.Mentors, develops, and coaches direct reports to improve leadership strength and assist in achieving career growthAssure vendors meet or exceed client's satisfaction with client's requests within scope of services and CMMS request.Coordination of Engineering teams for effective asset management and work order resolution.Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of facility management services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction.Provide support, guidance, and evaluation of the development of expense and capital budgets to include variance reporting and forecasting reviews.Support the Account IFM Director & Regional Facility Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects/initiatives for the client.Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan within the area.Accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the account lead and/or client leadership.Participate in the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client.Maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors.Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards and client's standard processes.Willingness to travel for site visits or as needed; to include some overnight within assigned region.All other duties and tasks assigned.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities, Property Management and/or HospitalityMinimum of (5)+ years of proven facilities or property management with a third-party provider, corporation or as a consultantMinimum of (3)+ years of proven people management/supervisory work experience leading an Integrated Facilities Management teamDemonstrated experience managing large, multi-building or campus environments (2M+ sq. ft. preferred).Knowledge of commercial real estate, HVAC, electrical systems, telecommunications, furniture and building energy management systemsStrong Accounting and budgeting/forecasting experienceStrong organizational and management capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to forge and maintain robust working relationshipsPreferred Qualifications:Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as CorrigoPlease submit your application with an updated resume, location, and contact information.If you're a current JLL employee, please apply using the Internal Career Site.#FMjobsEstimated compensation for this position:131,000.00 – 141,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
