Privilege Supply is a fast-growing luxury fashion resale business selling pre-owned designer fashion and premium streetwear. We blend commerce with content — using short-form video, livestreams and community-driven storytelling to drive sales across Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Shop and our website.

The Role

This is a hands-on role covering operations, pricing, admin and content support. You'll work closely with the founder in a small, close-knit team, taking ownership of day-to-day tasks and contributing to creative output when needed.

It's varied, fast-moving, and ideal for someone who enjoys both structure and creativity.

What You'll Do

You'll work across the core parts of the business — mainly operations, pricing and admin — with regular involvement in content creation. The role flexes week to week depending on what's happening in the business.

Operations & Stock

• Prep stock for sale (steaming, cleaning, tagging, organising)
• Photograph and catalogue new arrivals
• Pack and ship UK + international orders
• Handle returns, exchanges and customer enquiries
• Maintain an organised workspace and stockroom
• Keep listings accurate across Shopify and TikTok Shop

Pricing & Buying Input

• Review and price incoming stock using our guides and market data
• Evaluate condition, demand and resale value
• Make suggestions that directly influence margins and buying decisions
• Receive training and ongoing feedback to sharpen your pricing judgement

Admin & VA Management

• Oversee and manage tasks completed by our virtual assistant
• Check listings, prices and product data for accuracy
• Log inventory, expenses and VAT-related admin
• Keep internal systems and spreadsheets tidy and up to date

Content (part of the role, not the whole role)

You'll support content creation as part of the team — you're not expected to run content solo.

• Assist with filming (setup, lighting, product prep)
• Appear naturally in videos alongside the founder
• Help brainstorm ideas and react to interesting new stock
• Support styling, shoot organisation and creative workflow

Content is a consistent part of the role, but the majority of your week will be spent on operations, pricing and admin, depending on what's happening in the business.

• Enjoys working in a small, close-knit team
• Proactive — someone who spots improvements and speaks up
• Good communicator (in person + with virtual assistants)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing small business environment
• An interest in how short-form content, views and engagement translate into sales and brand growth
• Willing to work occasional minor overtime to finish tasks
• Open to optional paid weekend overtime during busy periods

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Shopify
• Experience with TikTok Shop
• Experience with filming or appearing in content
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Understanding of luxury/streetwear trends

Pay, Hours & Benefits

• £23,000 salary
• Performance-based bonus after 6 months
• Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours/week)
• Occasional minor overtime when required
• Optional paid weekend overtime
• 28 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)
