Delivery Technician

Job DescriptionSalary:£34,306.43Shift Pattern:4 days per week Monday - Saturday Location: Bellshill, Belgrave Street Essential skills required: Valid and in date LGV, HGV Class 2 licence or 7.5t licence Valid Digital Tachograph card An up-to-date Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC) A good understanding of Drivers hours, legislation, and WTD No more than 6 points endorsed on your driving licence. DBS required in which the company will provide Attention to details Ability to assess, lift and manage heavy items as part of a 2/3- or 4-person crew. Experience & Key Skills Clear and effective communication skills for conveying delivery information, addressing customer inquiries, and providing updates on delivery status. Maintaining a professional demeanour throughout interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders Presenting oneself neatly, in a professional manner and adhering to company dress code policies. Understanding the importance of delivering exceptional service and striving to exceed customer expectations. Effective time management skills to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to delivery schedules and deadlines. This role is hands on, it involves heavy lifting/ handling and is full of variety. It is therefore essential that the successful applicant is capable to carry out this nature of work. Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate operational needs and respond to emergencies or unplanned events outside of regular business hours. What do we offer?
