We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic front of house bar tender to join our team at our busy, well established family run restaurant offering the highest quality, fresh authentic Italian cuisine and a warm, friendly atmosphere, coupled with the highest level of customer service.

  • Full time opportunity

  • 24-36 hours per week

  • Will include evenings and weekends (shift guideline below)

  • must be available over the festive period

Average Lunch shift - 11:30-3:30pm

  • Evening shifts- 6:00pm- close (1030-midnight)

Sunday shift- 11:30-6:00pm

Candidates must be:

  • trustworthy and responsible

  • organised, tide & efficient

  • warm/friendly/enthusiastic

  • confident interacting with customers

  • hardworking with good initiative

  • work well under pressure in a very busy environment

  • high level customer service

  • fluent/confident spoken English essential (Italian would be beneficial too)

  • should have good knowledge of wines/spirits/cocktails

  • stock management
