About One Global Travel

Role Overview

The Technology Project Manager plays a critical role in implementing and supporting One Global's suite of technologies for both global and local clients. This includes OneTech/Concur OBT (via the World Travel Concur Reseller agreement), OneProfile/Umbrella Faces, and other proprietary tools such as OneTracker, OneMobile, and OneReporting. You will work closely with partner implementation managers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate, and effective technology rollouts. In addition to client implementations, you will provide second-line support, manage escalations, and lead the onboarding of new partners to ensure they are fully enabled to use One Global technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of clients across WTI and partner markets using the WTI Concur agreement
  • Manage technical implementation of One Global technologies for community partners
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Concur Travel and its integration with other systems
  • Document and deliver on client requirements, ensuring alignment with implementation standards
  • Maintain and improve standard documentation and processes to drive efficiency and consistency
  • Triage and resolve technical issues reported by partners, escalating to suppliers as needed
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure proper setup and issue resolution
  • Configure, test, and deploy changes across Online Booking Tools, Umbrella Faces, and other One Global products
  • Support the onboarding of new partners, including setup, end-to-end testing, and go-live sign-off
  • Contribute to the introduction of new technologies by supporting onboarding and implementation process design
  • Document solutions and maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures for training and knowledge sharing

Candidate Profile

  • Significant experience in Concur technical implementations within a TMC environment is essential
  • Experience with Umbrella Faces or similar profile management tools and HR system integrations
  • Strong understanding of travel industry operations, technologies, and corporate travel tools
  • Comfortable in a partner- and customer-facing role with excellent communication skills
  • Solid understanding of global markets and regional business nuances
  • Proven project and product management skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, supporting both management and peers
  • Proactive, consultative, and analytical with strong follow-through
  • Highly organised and capable of prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Microsoft Visio experience is a plus
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement in products and processes
