This role is perfect for anyone who is kind, caring, and passionate about working with young children, even if you don't yet hold a childcare qualification.

About the Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you'll work alongside our qualified Early Years Practitioners to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5 years. This is an entry-level role designed to support someone who wants to take their first step into Early Years education.
No previous experience or formal qualifications are required — full training and mentoring will be provided.
Key Responsibilities (training will be given):
- Support the daily care and learning of children aged 0–5 years
- Help create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Join in with play and learning activities that promote children's development
- Build warm, positive relationships with children, families, and your team
- Follow all nursery policies, health & safety, and safeguarding procedures
- Support key person routines and contribute to children's progress records
- Help with routines such as meals, nappy changes, and tidy-up time
