Annapurna HR have been engaged by a leading global organisation currently undergoing large scale change and transformation to find talented HR Service Assistants to join their evolving HR function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering first-class HR services to a dynamic, fast-paced business.

You'll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking HR team, providing high-quality operational HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and job changes through to family leave and offboarding.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their HR career, working in a fast-paced, commercially focused, and continuously evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a client-focused HR service across all employee lifecycle activities.

  • Act as a Workday HR advocate, supporting and educating employees to promote self-service.

  • Manage HR queries, follow-up actions, and ensure timely completion of processes for payroll.

  • Partner with Recruitment, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Reward, Learning and other HR teams to deliver a seamless people experience.

  • Validate employee and organisational data, ensuring accuracy across systems.

  • Uphold data protection standards and manage sensitive information in line with GDPR requirements.

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, driving process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.

Key Skills:
- Experience delivering HR services or working within an HR shared service or operational HR role.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and build trust.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • A problem-solving mindset with resilience and initiative.

  • The ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS (desirable).
