Job Title
Service Engineer
Main purpose of job
To attend customers sites throughout the nominated region and to service and maintain their equipment on a ppm basis. To attend reactive calls when breakdowns occur and to effect repair. To liase with the office and ensure we offer a comprehensive and efficient service to our customers.

Requirements
Ability to work unsupervised, discipline and accuracy when dealing with reports and testing. Ability to complete comprehensive paperwork and reports as required. Ability to train and assist with others' training requirements.
Experience Required
Commercial gas qualification -Gas Safe. Good knowledge of package burner systems. LPG/Oil/Gas.A sound electrical knowledge of 3 phase and single-phase control systems and control panels. Electrical diagnostics and fault finding, knowledge of mechanical systems. Heating control systems.
Useful to have basic PLC & VSD fault finding and programming knowledge. Pipefitting, working at height. Spraybooth knowledge beneficial. The role is wide ranging with a requirement to work on M&E sites as well as Spraybooth sites.
Pay Scale
Dependent on experience- basic package would be in the region of £26- £40k.

Hours of work
40/48hr week but must be flexible to accommodate business needs. Breakdown availability and travel is essential. Some weekend / overnight work may be required.
