About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be helping customers, representing the brand, and playing an important part in the day-to-day running of our campaigns and initiatives.

Whether you're helping someone find the perfect item or keeping on top of the data, you'll be making a real difference to the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting customers and offering a warm, helpful service
  • Assisting shoppers with product choices and answering any questions
  • Suggesting additional products when it's appropriate
  • Taking phone calls and helping with customer enquiries
  • Supporting the team with stock tasks and day-to-day store duties

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who enjoys talking to people and providing great service
  • A good communicator with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable with basic maths
  • Organised and happy to help keep things running smoothly
  • Willing to work flexibly, including some weekends and holidays if needed
  • Retail or customer service experience is helpful
