About Vantage Data Centers

Vantage Data Centers powers, cools, protects and connects the technology of the world's well-known hyperscalers, cloud providers and large enterprises. Developing and operating across North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific, Vantage has evolved data center design in innovative ways to deliver dramatic gains in reliability, efficiency and sustainability in flexible environments that can scale as quickly as the market demands.

Product Department

The Product team at Vantage is responsible for the end-to-end vision, design, and execution of our global data center products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of hyperscale, cloud, and AI-driven customers. Our team works across Engineering, Operations, Sustainability, Sales, and Business Development to create data center solutions that deliver performance, efficiency, and long-term value.

One key differentiator at Vantage is that our internal technical and product leadership team has both authority and accountability to drive product innovation, convergence, and execution—rather than simply providing oversight. By unifying engineering and sustainability efforts and focusing on hyperscale and AI workload optimization, we ensure our offerings are future-proof and aligned with market demand. This approach empowers each member of the Product organization to make high-impact decisions and drive exceptional results.

Position Overview

This position will be based on-site at our office in Sterling, VA. or Denver, CO.

The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is responsible for leading Vantage's global product strategy in collaboration with regional leadership, focusing on serving hyperscale and AI workloads and optimizing the cost structure. This role oversees engineering functions including civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering, as well as advanced construction, supply chain development, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA), and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).
