What are we looking for?

Formal administration experience is desirable but a passion for improving the lives of young people areessential. If you think you are a match for the person specification below, please get in touch

  • You have three years or more experience in positions such ad administrator or secretary, with skills or knowledge such as
  • General administration
  • Good literacy
  • Verbal communication skills
  • You are reliable, honest and trustworthy
  • You work effectively with a team
  • You are able to motivate and encourage others

What will you be doing?

The tasks of a secretary include but are not restricted to the following

  • Email details and agendas for UMT meetings
  • Take minutes at UMT meetings, upload them, and email to team members
  • Act as a charity trustee
  • Attend a regular UMT meeting - usually 1 hour, monthly on a weekday evening
