Practice Manager

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Practice Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a background in dental services & CQC compliance for at least 5 year . If you possess excellent organisational skills and can effectively manage a team, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Manage staff schedules and workflow
- Handle financial aspects including budgeting and invoicing
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supervise and support staff members
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental practice 5 year +
- Strong background in human resources and financial management
- Proven track record in supervising and managing teams
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
